Management Team
Rozana Orozi
Executive Director
Ms. Orozi is an economist with extensive expertise and professional experience in the financial sector, particularly in microfinance and sustainable development. She has worked in the public sector, focusing on SME development, consumer protection, and related public strategies and policies.
Since 2001, she has been directly involved in developing the microfinance sector, holding various leadership roles at BESA Fund. Since 2019, she has served as Executive Director of Agro & Social Fund. She earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Tirana in 1998, with excellent results.
She has completed training and internships with international organizations, including the Microfinance Centre, Agence Intergouvernementale de la Francophonie, Bankakademie-Germany, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, and the Ministry of National Economy of Greece. She is married and has two sons. She enjoys music and plays the violin, and she also writes poetry and essays.
Sefedin Sula
Director of the Credit Department
Mr. Sula graduated in Business Management from the University of Tirana and pursued further studies at Aleksandër Moisiu University. He has experience in microfinance, human resources, and project management.
He has held several management positions in the financial sector and currently leads the Credit Department at Agro & Social Fund. He has completed specialized professional training and is passionate about travelling and teaching.
Daniela Qyra
Director of the Finance Department
After working as a finance manager at an international non-profit organization, Ms. Qyra contributed to building regional cooperation in the Western Balkans. She studied Finance at the University of Tirana and has built a strong career in financial analysis and management.
Her expertise includes financial reporting, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and performance management. She supports communities through accessible and sustainable financial solutions.
Teuta Kinkaj
Director of the Risk Management Department
Ms. Kinkaj graduated from the University of Luigj Gurakuqi and completed further studies in Business Management at Aleksandër Moisiu University. She has experience in the private sector and microfinance, with a focus on risk management and process controls.
She joined Agro & Social Fund in 2018 and was appointed Director of the Risk Management Department in 2023. She has completed professional training in Albania and abroad and enjoys reading and travelling.
Anduena Karapici
Director of Human Resources and Legal Affairs
Ms. Karapici has worked in the microfinance sector since 2017. She leads the Human Resources and Legal Departments at Agro & Social Fund. She studied Business Administration and has completed professional programmes in management and human resources.
She has taken part in professional development programmes at institutions such as GIZ and USAID. She enjoys travelling and exploring the history and cultures of different places.
Gentiana Sheshi
Director of the Information Technology Department
Ms. Sheshi graduated in Natural Sciences and has over 25 years of experience in microfinance, administration, project implementation, and information technology. She joined Agro & Social Fund in 2006.
Her expertise includes software development, MIS reporting, database management, and network administration. She is a certified Microsoft Office Trainer and regularly takes part in professional development programmes.
