Energy Efficiency Loan

The Energy Efficiency Loan aims to support all investments that fulfill the energy efficiency criteria, such as:

  • Thermo-insulation
  • Roof insulation
  • Plastering
  • Windows & doors
  • Solar panels
  • Other alternative energy
  • Energy saving equipment

    • Any individual looking to invest in energy efficiency, reducing electricity costs or maintaining ecosystems can apply for this product.
    Loan Terms
    Loan amount range from:
    ALL 100,000 - 1,000,000
    Interest rate:
    Starting from 2%
    Terms:
    1-60 months
    Disbursement fee:
    2-2.5%
    * Interest, disbursement fee and term are determined based on the loan amount. The interest rate is a monthly rate and is applied on the remaining outstanding balance. The disbursement fee is only applied at the start of the loan.
