JOB VACANCY – LOAN SPECIALIST HEAD OFFICE, TIRANA

 

Agro & Social Fund offers loans for small businesses and self-employed in rural and semi-urban areas where has its branches. Agro & Social Fund aims to provide loans that improve the lives of the poor, create employment opportunities, and promote the development of the local economy.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION:

•Follows and controls loans in the process if the respective requirements of the cases have been met, in accordance with the lending procedures of Agro & Social Fund sh.p.k. and the legislation in force;
• Verifies the documentation and the procedure of disbursed loans in order to see the compatibility with the lending procedures;
• Is responsible for the collection and processing of loan documentation, which require approval at the Committee level;
• Prepares reports and information on loans with weekly and monthly frequency;
•Works for his professional development through familiarity with laws, literature and contemporary experiences, as well as continuous qualifications, etc.

WORK REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

•Candidates must have a university degree, Master’s level, in the relevant field,
• Have at least two years of work experience in this profile,
• To have very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package,
• Have good knowledge of the English language
